A floorplan is a useful tool for estate agents, buyers and renters a like. At Green Bee we clearly show the layout of the property in question in either a 2D or 3D design. It also gives you an aproximate square footage in meters or feet. It is a perfect companion to the EPC and can usually be carried out by one of our specialist Energy Assessor at the same time when performing an Energy Performance Certificate.
