It is a Legal requirement for landlords to have all the Gas appliances in a rented property safety-tested every 12 months by a Gas Safe™ registered engineer. At Green Bee we can provide you with your certificate annually to make sure that you fulfil your legal obligations. Your certificate covers a maximum of 4 appliances including your boiler. The inspection takes approximately 1 - 2 hours to complete depending on your appliances and property layout, and is carried out by one of our fully registered and insured Gas Safe™ Engineers. Always consult you Gas Safe Register and check ID's before allowing anyone to work on your boiler.
